Youth and well-being is a research project that seeks to understand and explore different perspectives about the well-being of youth. From a relational family perspective, the project includes several empirical studies. The project’s first study, Youth well-being contextualized: Perceptions of Swedish fathers, presents qualitative themes of Swedish fathers’ descriptions of youth well-being. Another study in the project aims to explore mothers' descriptions of youth well-being including demographic variations using a mixed methodological approach. This project will also investigate relationships between youth reported parenting behaviors and youth health.
