De-registration

It is very important that you notify the institution if you are unable to continue with your studies after you have registered for a course. Please send an email to the course administrator at the Student Affairs Office, giving your name and civic number, and we will de-register you from the course.

If you notify us within three weeks after the term has started, you will be able to apply for the course another term. If you do not notify us, you will be unable to make another application for the same course via www.universityadmission.se.

It is of course also very important to de-register from a course if you are receiving grants or loans from CSN ('The Swedish National Board of Student Aid').

Re-registration

If you have been registered on a course before but did not complete all the credits and want to do so, please send an e-mail to the course administrator at the Student Affairs Office, giving your name and civic number, and we will contact you.

We will re-register you for the course if you wish to sit any retake exams. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that you can participate in the teacher-led parts of the course that you have previously been registered for. Thus, if you need to be placed in a seminar group we will only be able to re-register you on the course if there are places available that term.
