Even if you are at the university connected through eduroam you need to follow these instructions to get access.

Another method to get access from outside the university domain is to use an extension in your browser or the library bookmarklet.

Full text via Google Scholar

Select Stockholm University under Library links in Google Scholar to get links to full text available to you as a Stockholm University user.

  • Go to Settings/Library links under the menu at the top left.
  • Search for Stockholm University Library.
  • Add "Stockholm University Library - SU Full Text".
  • Save.

Now you will get SU Full Text links next to articles you have access to as a Stockholm University user, even when you are off campus or connected via eduroam.

When you go to Google Scholar via the library’s web site you will always get the links, but you loose the function as soon as you leave tha page if you didn’t save this setting in your browser.

Settings in your browser

In order for the remote access service to work on your computer, the following requirements must be met:

  • Your browser must accept cookies
  • Your browser must accept JavaScript
  • We recommend that you turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser, or at least allow pop-up windows from ezp.sub.su.se

Bookmarks

You cannot save a bookmark directly to a database or e-journal. Since remote access is based on dynamic URLs, bookmarks will not lead to the same place the second time they’re used.
