Welcome to the Centre for the Studies of Children's Culture
The centre for the studies of children’s culture (CBK) has existed since 1980 and it is part of the University of Stockholm. The centre’s main ambition and mission is to stimulate and encourage knowledge of and insight into the subject field of children’s culture. We do this by arranging courses, symposiums, conferences and by issuing a publication consisting of scientific essays. As it is a small centre contact between students, teachers and employees is very open-minded, positive and constructive.
